    De heer Felix Van Daele erkent bij deze de som van ... frank, zijnde de door hem aan zijn broeder de heer Petrus Van Daele gedane opleg krachtens gemelde ascendentenverdeling, van deze laatste te hebben terug ontvangen, waarover kwijting.

    In vervanging van deze opleg, neemt de heer Felix Van Daele, ter volledige ontlasting van zijn genoemden broeder, de verplichting op zicht, zijne ouders hun leven lang kost, inwoon, kleding, verwarming en verlichting te verschaffen, volgens hun noodwendigheden en hun stand.

    De heer en mevrouw Henricus Van Daele verklaren zich hiermede volledig akkoord, en nemen deze verbintenis van de heer Felix Van Daele aan; Bijgevolg ontslaan zij hun zoon de heer Petrus Van Daele, ooit te moeten bijdragen in hunnen onderhoud.
