Notes about Johanna Hendrica "Jeanne" Gerits

Jeanne volgde na de lagere school en de LHNO in Nuth, een opleiding voor ziekenverzorgster in de Lucaskliniek in Hoensbroek; als ziekenverzorgster werkte, ze na een tijdlang in de Lucasklinieke als zodanig gewerkt te hebben, ook nog in de Hamboskliniek en de Lückerheidekliniek in Kerkrade. Toen ze de veertigjarige leeftijd gepasseerd was volgde ze een opleiding voor verpleegkundige en kreeg ze gelijktig een aanstelling in het Atriumziekenhuis in Heerlen. Jeanne overleed aan de gevolgen van bot- en leverkanker.
