Door het bruispaar werden overlegd 1e hun geboorteakten, 2e de overlijdensakte van de vader van de bruid, 3e een bewijs dat de bruidegom aan zijn verplichtingen t.a.v. de Nationale Militie voldaan had, 4e een bewijs van de afkondiging in Amsterdam, 5e bovengenoemde notariele akte.

Voor mij Gerrit Dirk van der Wart, Notaris in het arrondissement Amsterdam, ter standplaats Nieuwer Amstel, en in tegenwoordigheid der na te noemen getuigen zijn verschenen
a. De Heer Willem Schreuder, Gepensioneerd Verificateur der Invoerrechten en Accijnzen
En
b. Mevrouw Martijntje Petrus, zonder beroep of maatschappelijke betrekking, gehuwd aan, bijgestaan met, en tot het teekenen en passeeren dezes voor zooveel noodig gemachtigd door voornoemden heer Willem Schreuder; wonende de Comparanten met elkander te Nieuwer Amstel aan den Overtoomschenweg 281.
En verklaarden de Comparanten, die beiden aan mij notaris bekend zijn, bij deze hunne toestemming te geven tot het huwelijk hetwelk hun zoon Gerardus Johannes Schreuder, oud acht en twintig jaren, te Amsterdam thans woonachtig, en geboren uit der Comparanten beider huwelijk, voornemens is aan te gaan met Mejuffrouw Johanna Geertruida Berendsen, oud vier en twintig jaren, en wonende te Velp, provincie Gelderland.
Waarvan Akte, welke in Originali zal worden uitgegeven.
Gedaan en verleden te Nieuwer Amstel ten kantore van mij notaris aan den Overtoomschenweg 247, in tegenwoordigheid van Jan Pieter Swaneveld, Kuiper, en Johan Georg Lucas, Winkelier, beiden wonende te Nieuwer Amstel aan den Overtoomschenweg als getuigen, den Achtsten April achttienhonderd vijf en negentig.
En hebben de Comparanten, met de gemelde getuigen, en mij notaris deze akte onmiddellijk na gedane voorlezing onderteekend.

DE COMMISSARIS DER KONINGIN IN DE PROVINCIE NOORDHOLLAND verklaart, dat Gerardus Johannes Schreuder, geboren te Zaandam 20 Februari 1867, wonende te Amsterdam, van beroep timmerman, zoon van Willem en van Martijntje Petrus wonende te Amsterdam, in het inschrijvingsregister van de gemeente Amsterdam van het jaar 1886 vor de lichting van het jaar 1887 is ingeschreven, dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen Nr. 1412, en dat hij vervolgens door den militieraad uithoofde van broederdienst van den dienst is vrijgesteld.
Gegeven te Haarlem, den 29 Januari 1895.
