2e een bewijs dat de bruidegom geen pligten ten aanzien van de Nationale Militie hier te lande te volbrengen heeft
3e het bewijs dat de huwelijksafkondigingen in Weerselo en Oldenzaal zonder stuiting hebben plaats gehad.
Het voorgenomen huwelijk werd afgekondigd op 10 en 17 februari te Weerselo en Oldenzaal.
Getuigen bij het huwelijk waren Hendrik Meeuwis, oud 66 jaar, tolgaarder, vader van de bruid, Derk Hendrik Gorkink, oud 53 jaar, schoolonderwijzer, Arnoldus Gerhardus Berends, oud 37 jaar, smid en Jannes Sogtoen, oud 49 jaar, landbouwer, allen wonende in de gemeente Weerselo.
