Dit huis werd tussen 1808 en de invoering van het kadaster gesloopt. Er hoorde enige tijd een tuintje aan de overkant van de Burggracht bij.
1801 - 1808 Volgens het transportregister kocht Antje Cornelis Kok het huis. In een notariële akte werd echter verklaard dat het eigenlijk door haar vader Cornelis Dirks Kok werd gekocht, die het ook bewoonde.
De voordeur van het huis was opente maken door de klink op te lichten en eraan te rammelen. De 24-jarige Trijntje Pieters Brero was hiervan op de hoogte. Op een dag in oktober 1803, toen Cornelis Dirks Kok in Alkmaar was, opende ze op deze wijze de voordeur. Aan de deur van de keukenkast zag ze een hemdrok met zilveren knopen hangen. In de kast zag ze een vrouwenborstrok met blauwe strepen en een tafellaken, en op een stoel naast het bed lag een paar manskousen. Snel trok ze de kledingstukken aan, sloeg het tafellaken om haar hals en verliet het huis.
De volgende dag stal ze nog twee witte wollen dekens met rode strepen uit het huis om deze te verkopen aan een joodse man die bij Roelof Maartens (Achter de Wal) logeerde. Voordat ze de jood te spreken kon krijgen, hoorde ze echter mensen naderen. Hierop gooide ze de dekens over de deur en maakte zich uit de voeten. Eerder had Trijntje al eens drie jaar in het Haarlemse tuchthuis doorgebracht; ditmaal werd ze veroordeeld tot geseling en opnieuw drie jaar tuchthuis.
Toen Cornelis Kok op 16 februari 1808 overleed, had hij het huis op f 50,-na afbetaald. De boedel werd gerepiudieerd, ofwel verworpen.
Het huis had de volgende vertrekken: Voorhuis, zijkamertje, keuken en achterhuis. Op de achterplaats stond een waterton. De inrichting was eenvoudig of armoedig. Aan kleding en andere lichaamstoebehoren bezat hij: 2 manshemden, 3 onderbaaitjes, 2 slaapmutsen, 2 zakdoeken, 6 halsstropjes, 2 onderbroeken, 2 bovenbaaitjes, 1 zwartelakense rok, 1 bruine lakense rok, 2 kamizolen, 2 bovenbroeken, 2 buffels baaitjes, 4 hoeden, 1 paar zilveren schoengespen met stalen beugels en 1 paar zilveren broekgespen.
Arie Nannings Hoogheid, de man van dochter Antje Cornelis Kok, verkocht het huis voor slechts 28 gulden en 14 stuivers. Het zal inmiddels wel bouwvallig zijn geweest.
