She was born on August28, 1937 in Mary's Home, Mo. to Albert H. Hake and Margaret H. (Berendzen) Hake. She was married on May 29, 1965 in Mary's Home to Andrew Lepper.
She worked for International Shoe Co. in Eldon, Missouri, Bobby Brooks in Bowling Green, Missouri, Cheseborough Ponds in Jefferson City, Missouri, then Fasco Industries in Eldon, Missouri until her retirement in 1998. She was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church of Mary's Home, the Altar Sodality, Legion of Mary, and Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post #2442 of Eldon, Mo.
Survivors include: her husband, Andrew Lepper, of the home; two sons and daughter-in-law, Wayne & Shonda Lepper of Mary's Home, and Dennis Lepper, of the home; two grandchildren, Makayla and Makenzie Lepper, both of Mary's Home; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and by one brother, Alfred H. Hake.
Visitation will beheld at the Phillips Funeral Home in Mary's Home on Sunday, October 3, 2004, from 3-8 p.m. with the rosary being prayed at 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 4 at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church, Mary's Home, Mo., with Rev. Clarence Wiederholt officiating. Burial will take place at Our Lady of the Snows Cemetery, Mary's Home.
Memorials are suggested to the Hospice of Jefferson City or Our Lady of the SnowsCemetery.
