Dolores Anna Poche Casadaban, a retired bookkeeper for the family woodworking business, died at her home on Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Age 82 years. Daughter of the late Caroline Rombach Poche and John Poche Sr. Beloved wife of 62 years to the late John Adrian Casadaban. Mother of Adrianne Casadaban Cataline (Craig), Annette Casadaban Gabler (Edward), Kay Casadaban Marlowe (Burt), Emile John Casadaban (Sheila), James Jim John Casadaban (Mary Kay), Donna Casadaban Lowe and the late Malcolm John Casadaban; grandmother of Hollie Gabler Filce (Richard), Heather Gabler LeBlanc (Bryan), Kasey Chappelle Dinolt (Ben), Charles Gabe Gabler (Alana), Rachel Cataline, Brooke Casadaban, Jonathan Marlowe (Brandi), Neil Cataline, Taylor Casadaban, Sister Bon Secours (Emily Casadaban), Kimberley Schroder, Leigh Casadaban, Elizabeth Marlowe, James Casadaban, Jr., Jesse Casadaban, Andrew Casadaban, Tori Casadaban, Katie Casadaban, Allison Lowe, Jamie Casadaban, Nicholas Lowe and Jarrod Lowe. Mrs. Casadaban was a lifelong parishioner of St. Francis Xavier having served as Room Mother, Cub Scout Leader, Fair Booth Chairman, Senior Bon Temps Club officer and Adorer. She was a volunteer for Jefferson Parish Meals on Wheels and Metairie Senior Center Tax preparation. She was a member of the prayer group at St. Angela Merici and an avid bowler.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Francis Xavier Church, 444 Metairie Rd. on Friday, May 6, 2011, at 1:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 10:30 AM until service time. Interment will follow in St. Vincent Cemetery #2.
