Spellingvariant: Elisabeth Boos auf Waldeck
Diederich Pies (b. ab. 1590, died ab. 1666) and his wife Elisabeth. Some think that Elisabeth was an illegitimate daughter of a baron from castle Waldeck - but this may be wishful thinking - who knows. What seems to be true is, that Diederich Pies moved to Dorweiler (or to the castle) somewhere after 1600. He was born in the region of Kleve at the Lower Rhine and was a "chirurgus" - a surgeon (not studied, but by craft).
