Cedar Falls Deaths
Henry Clapp
Henry Clapp, 68, of 903 West 2 Street (Cedar Falls), died at 4 p. m. Saturday at his home of cancer
He was born in the Netherlands, 02 Jan 1891, the son of Heiko and Anna (Kolthoff) Clapp.
He was a farmer for a number of years, and worked for the last six years for the Viking Pump Company.
Mr. Clapp came to the United States in May 1914, and had lived the past 30 years at the home of his brother and sister in law, Mr. and Mrs. Heiko Clapp,
of 903 West 2 Street.
He was a member of the First Presbyterian church.
Survivores include two brothers, Heiko Clapp of Cedar Falls and Joe Clapp of Reinbeck.
He was preceded in death by his patents, a brother, and sister.
Funeral services will be at 2 p. m., Wednesday at the First Presbyterian church. The Rev. Doyle Hansen will officiate and burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery
(Cedar Falls).
The body is at the Dahl funeral home.
