V. KALUZA Mrs. Victoria Kaluza, resident of this city the past 42 years, died thismorning a 5 o'clock at the home of her daughter Mrs. John Gll, 2002 South Bloomington street, Death ended an illness of a year, during which time she suffered with a complication of diseases. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. John Gall and Mrs. Harry French of Streator, Mrs. Louis Sile, Danville, Il. two sons, John Kaluza of Streator and Leo Kaluza of Aurora, and one borhter Fred Jurcak, Montana. As the daughter of Mrs. & Mrs. John Jurcak, Victoria Jurcak was born in Austria July 18 1856. It was in Austria in 1870 that she was united in marriage with John Kaluza. They were the parents of seven children, two of whom died in infancy. They came to America in 1889 and immediately located in Streator. Her husband preceeded her in death 20 yers ago. Mrs. Kaluza was a devout member of St. Stephen's church in this city, a member of the St. Mary's Guild and St. Stephen's Club. Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at the home of Mrs. John Gall, 2002 South Bloomington street at 1:30 and at the St. Stephen's church at 2:o'clock. Please omit flowers. May 15, 1931; LAST RITES FOR V. KALUZA HELD AT ST. STEPHEN'S Funeral services for Mrs. Victoria Kaluza, who passed away at the home of her daughter Mrs. John Gall, 2002 S. Bloomington St. on Tuesday were held yesterday afternoon from the St. Stephens church. Interment was made in the St. Stephens cemetery. The following acted as pall bearers; John Wargo, John Mraz, George Marcinka, Mike Nemic, Andrew Dominsky and John Birzschlk. The girls in charge of the flowers were Elsie Kaluza, Esther French and Frances Gall. Those attending the funeral from a distance were Mr and Mrs Leo Kaluza and children of Aurora, Mrs. Louis Zilko, Danville, and Mr and Mrs William Potts of El Paso.
