DICK WELP, FIND MAN, PASSES AFTER BRIEF SICK SPELL
Dick Welp, for the past 24 years a prominent farmer in the Titonka neighborhood, passed away at his home southeast of town Monday evening after a short illness. He had been in town Saturday, but on Sunday and Monday he did not feel well, and his death Monday night was the result of a stroke.
