He received a graduate degree in Computer Science from Florida State University. He worked for IBM as a Senior DB2 Consultant for 21 years and was an IBM Gold Business Partner, Triple Certified on all IBM Data Platforms. For the past 9 years he was a World Class Data Base Consultant with Fourth Millenium Technologies. Mr. McAliley was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Savini McAliley ; father, Charles Childs McAliley ; and sister, Ida M. Reed. Survivors include: his wife, Susan Womack McAliley of Cumming; 2 brothers, R. George McAliley of Palm Springs, FL. and W. Samuel McAliley of Greensboro, NC. A celebration of his life will be held in the Rotunda at North Point Community Church on Friday February 2nd at 2 pm. The family will receive friends at their home after the service on Friday. Mr. Charles Clarendon McAliley of Cumming passed away early Tuesday morning at his home in Cumming. He was 58.
He was born in Greenville, South Carolina and lived in Gainesville, Fla. & West Palm Beach, Fla. and for the past 24 years in Roswell and Cumming. He received a graduate degree in Computer Science from Florida State University. He worked for IBM as a Senior DB2 Consultant for 21 years and was an IBM Gold Business Partner, Triple Certified on all IBM Data Platforms. For the past nine years he was a World Class Data Base Consultant with Fourth Millenium Technologies. Mr. McAliley was preceded in death by his Mother Anna Savini McAliley , Father Charles Childs McAliley and Sister Ida M. Reed.
Survivors include his wife Susan Womack McAliley of Cumming, two brothers, R. George McAliley of Palm Springs, Fla. and W. Samuel McAliley of Greensboro, NC.
