LONGS - Virginia Prince Cox, 86, of Cox Lane, died Wednesday, Feb. 2,2000, at Loris Community Hospital after an illness.
She was born Sept. 27, 1913, in Horry County, a daughter of the late JohnMarvin Prince and Fannie Rosetta Gause Prince.
She was a homemaker and a member of Buck Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Dayton Paul Cox; two sons, Jimmy Cox andJerry Cox, both of Longs; two daughters, Etta Lawrimore of Florence andFaye King of Whiteville, N.C.; a brother, Otto Prince of Portsmouth, Va.;a sister, Caldonia Todd of Loris; seven grandchildren; and twogreat-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Buck Creek Baptist Church. TheRevs. Will Oswald and Billy Long. Burial will be in Buck Creek Cemetery.
