In 1742, William Logsdon bought a 100-acre tract called "Conover's Delight" in Baltimore Co., about 8 miles southeast of Westminster.
In 1758 - William Logsdon, and wife, Ann, of Baltimore County sell to Edward Norwood on 16 May a 100-acre tract on Hunting Ridge called "Nancy's Fancy," originally granted to Henry Davis. The deed releases Ann, late wife of Henry Davis. Deed states that Ann (Davis) Logsdon was the daughter of Henry Davis.
In 1767 - William and Ann Logsdon sold "Conover's Delight" situated on a small branch of Beaver Dam.
In 1770 - William Logsdon was witness to Will of Ann Durbin (wife of Samuel Sr.).
