John Logsdon recorded supersedeas (The name of a writ containing a command to stay the proceedings at law) 18 November 1755 against Joseph Sparks, Thomas Wilson and George Buchanan, for sum of 1 pound, 15 shillings, 6 spence debt and costs recovered before Jos.
