Foesier: Helene 1915 - 2004
Mary 'Helene' Foesier of Calgary passed away at the Forest Grove Care Centre on Monday, March 8, 2004 at the age of 89 years. Helene was born on January 7, 1915 in Munson, AB. She married Nels Foesier on January 7, 1933. In 1959 she moved to Calgary where she continued her education and became a Nurses' Aide. Helene was also involved with the militia and St. John¹s Ambulance. Helene is survived by her five sons and two daughters, Jacques Foesier of Toronto, ON, Theresa and Matt Werner of Kamloops, B.C., Marie Turnbull of Salmon Arm, B.C., Aloysius and Leslye Foesier of Calgary, Gerald and Lorraine Foesier of Rowley, AB, Bernard Foesier of Calgary, AB, and Patrick and Trish Foesier of Stettler, AB; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Bob Beaudet of B.C. She was predeceased by her husband Nels, a son Nellis, daughter-in-law Jeanne Foesier, and son-in-law John Turnbull. Relatives and friends were invited to prayers and tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North), on Friday, March 12, 2004 at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Joseph¹s Catholic Church (640 - 19th Avenue N.W.) on Saturday, March 13, 2004 at 2 p.m. with Rev.
