"Mrs. Louie Schoorman Dies Sept. 7
Mrs. Louie Schoorman of near Spencer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Wilson of Milford, died Friday, Sept. 7 at the Oakdale Sanitarium where she had been ill since the first of the year. Death was caused by tubercular meningitis.
Funeral servises [sic] were held Monday from the Hope Reformed church, Spencer and interment made in North Lawn cemetery there.
Mrs. Schoorman, who was 42, was a 1928 graduate of the Okoboji Consolidated school. She was married February 4, 1931, to Mr. Schoorman.
Survivors include her husband, parents, six sisters, Mesdames Glen Eckard, George Ringler, Ralph Nelson, Lyle Marcks, Glenn Wilson, all of Milford and Mick Rehse of Luverne, Minn., and one brother, Ed Wilson, of Lake Park."
