The family account gives Samuel Miller, as the husband of Joseph Jenckes' daughter Esther. That she married Samuel Millard or Miller (both forms are used) seems certain, but the Rehoboth records are rather confusing in this matter.
The record says: Esther Bowen, m. 1682, Jul. 20, Samuel Millard, and had children Esther, b. 1683, Apr. 1, John, b. 1684, Dec. 24, Elizabeth, b. 1686, Oct. 5 Alice, b. 1689, Jul. 3, Margaret, b. 1693, Jul. 12, Samuel, b. 1697, Jun. 30.
