Chester jure uxoris, living 29 March 1470 but d. before 1485, third son of Thomas Stanley, Knt., Lord Stanley, by Joan, daughter of Robert Goushill, Knt., of Hoveringham.[10] He m. (as her first husband) after 1445, Elizabeth de Weever, heiress of Weever, in the parish of Middlewich, co. Chester, d. 17 Feb. 1512/3.[11] She m. (2) John Done, Knt., of Utkinton.[12]
