Nuño Nuñez, Count of Amaya, who populated to Roa for the years 950, and still lived in 954, although Bishop Sampiro anticipates this population for the years 9o3. She was also the daughter of the Infante D. Nuño, Mrs. Nuña, who married Mr. Gonzalo Fernandez, Count of Lara, son of the great Count Fernan-Gonzalez de Castilla, from whom she had as children Mr. Nuño González, Lord of Lara, and progenitor of this House, who occupied the first place among the Gastellan Nobility, and to D. Fernando González, Lord of Aza and progenitor of the great families of Aza, Fuente-Almexis, Manzanedo, Villalobos and others, of whom we will deal.
