p. 224, 319-320, 355, "The Morris Family of Washington Co., IN" by Earl C. Morris and Ralph L. Morris
He was born in the Quaker community of Little River MM where his parents were members and was a brother of Aaron and Jehoshapha, who came to Washington Co. in 1815 and 1818. He married, but was disowned by the Friends 17 Aug 1811 for marrying contrary to discipline.
Some of his family went to Whitewater, Wayne Co., IN, near Richmond, IN. He made a stop in Washington Co., Indiana because Harvey Morris tells of an incident when Pritchard was helping with a house-raising in Washington Co., Indiana. There is no account of where he went from Blue River.
