According to Find-a-Grave , "Parents unknown. There are no records for Deborah to verify her maiden name. Born 1628 in Rhode Island. . . . According to the Reynolds Family Association, Deborah's maiden name has never been "proven". Possibly White or Potter, or something else.PLEASE...do not edit me and say Deborah's maiden was Potter. As her maiden name has never been documented, I will leave is as "Unknown" ." This source is emphatic on that matter. It is listed here as "Jordan," but the only place I have seen this is an ancestry.com listing for Deborah "Jordan" where he father had married two different women. According to the Reynolds Family Association, Deborah's maiden name has never been "proven". Possibly White or Potter, or something else. PLEASE...do not edit me and say Deborah's maiden was Potter." https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/87042481/deborah-reynolds
The two sets of parents often listed on other sites are Thomas Holbrook of Weymouth and various wives; or Robert Potter and his wife Isabel (Trip).
