The Widford, Hertfordshire parish registers provide a pretty clear picture of this family unit:
Thomas Isacke and an Unknown wife, given name Mary, (this profile) had four children between 1585 and 1599. Thomas died before the birth of this last child. His wife named Mary Isake, was the widow of Thomas Isake, not the daughter of Thomas, then married Richard Savage. They had four children, including Joan. Mary died 5 May 1636 and and Richard 17 Dec 1637.
