Sir Harry Yelverton Goring, 11th Bt. was born on 19 July 1840.1 He was the son of Forster Goringand Hon. Sydney Eloisa Yelverton.1 He married Sarah Anne Hickin, daughter of John Hickin, on 19 July 1875.1

Sir Harry Yelverton Goring, 11th Bt. gained the rank of Warrant Officer.1 He gained the rank of Sergeant-Major in the service of the 38th Regimental District.1 He retired from the military in 1886.1 He was a tobacco merchant in 1897 at 7 Silver Street, Tamworth, Gloucestershire, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 11th Baronet Bowyer, of Leighthorne, co.
