Syn Huys, geheiten Warmeloe, mit sinen kempen ende alingen toebehoeren, als dat samentlic buten ende by unser stat van Dyepenhem gelegen is.

Op 25 oktober 1415 (BB fol 82a) werd dit goed op verzoek van Arnt van Wermeloe door de bisschop tot een Stichts leen aangenomen in ruil tegen nr. 1738 (tienden van Willing te Bele) en nr. 1760 (tienden van Uding te Geesteren, k. Geesteren).

Jan Albert Sloot, zoals zijn vader Arent Sloot daarmee was beleend.

Op dezelfde dag werd het van 14 februari 1707 daterende mutuele testament van Jan Albert en zijn vrouw Adriana Josina van Haarsolte bekrachtigd.

1755 mrt 29 (OO fol 114v)

Arent Sloet, heer van het Warmeloo, na de dood van zijn vader Jan Albert Sloet, drost van Haxbergen.

1771 nov 13 (OR fol 78v)

Florentina Willemina Borre van Amerongen, weduwe Sloet tot Warmeloo, namens haar onmondige zoon Floris Willem Sloet na de dood van diens vader Arent Sloet. Hulder Derck Bentinck tot Diepenheym.
