Hendrik I van Bourbon-Condé (La Ferté-sous-Jouarre, 29 december 1552 - Saint-Jean-d'Angély, 5 maart 1588) was een zoon van Lodewijk I van Bourbon-Condé en van Eleonora van Roye. Hendrik was een neef van de latere Hendrik IV van Frankrijk en streed aan diens zijde. Hendrik wierp zich op als de leider der protestantse hugenoten en bij de Bartholomeüsnacht in 1572 kon hij slechts overleven door zijn geloof af te zweren. Hij werd in 1587 verwond in de slag bij Coutras en overleed een jaar later aan zijn verwondingen. Volgens geruchten zou hij echter zijn vergiftigd door zijn vrouw.
Hij was gehuwd met:
Maria, dochter van Frans I van Kleef,
Charlotte de la Trémoille, dochter van Lodewijk III de la Trémoille,
en was de vader van:
Eleonora, gehuwd met Philips Willem van Oranje
Hendrik II.
