Verwijzen naar huwelijkse voorwaarden te Wesel d.d. 30-7-1648. Hij legateert aan het voorkind van zijn vrouw, Cornelis van Juchen verwekt bij Martini Arnout van Juchen, met legaten aan Anselmus van Deuveren, Marta van Deuveren, Alida van Deuveren. Zij legateert aan haar zoon Cornelis van Juchen.
