Johann Jaroslav III, Herr auf Petersburg, zuerst Landvogt der Nieder-Lausitz, dann unter Kaiser Rudolf II‚ Oberst-Stallmeister, Kämmerer, später Oberst-Speisemeister, vermählt mit Katharina von Boimont, Herrin von Payrsperg und Sehwamburg, Tochter des Martin von Boimont, Herrn von Payrsperg und Schwamburg und der Katarina Ungelter von Taisenhausen. (Das Wappen, resp. der Schild der Boimont’s ist geviertet mit silbernem Herzschild in diesem ein springender schwarzer Ochs (redend: Boeuf montant); 1. u. 4. in Blau ein oberhalber silberner Schwan; 2. und 3. geviertet: l. und 4. Roth ohne Bild, 2. und 3. silbern-blau geschacht. Johann Jaroslav III. starb den 14. September 1616 und ist bei den Praemostratensern auf dem Strahov (Prag) begraben. zwei Jahre später folgte ihmseine Gemahlin. Die Kinder aus dieser Ehe waren: 1) Ferdinand Wilhelm; 2) Benigna Katharina; 3) Albert IV.; 4) Johann Georg und 5) Andreas Carl der mit sieben Jahren starb.
