30.III.1737); Ausschuss und Assessor des österreichisch-breisgauischen Ritterstandes
(Vorderösterreich). Als Sohn von Gervasius Protasius Frhr. von Baden (†1677) und Maria
Ursula zu Rhein gehörte er einem elsässischem Adelsgeschlecht (1830 erloschen) an und war
er ab 1702 Herr auf Liel, Söldenau, Amoltern u. Brinckhon.

Orden: Auf dem Ordenskapitel vom 17.VI.1723 wurde er zur Strafzahlung von 1 Gulden 30
Kr. verurteilt, da er gegen die Statuten das OrdensBand mit allerhand gestickten Zierraten
(Blümlein) getragen hatte. Die Summe hat er auch pflichtgemäß bezahlt. ? Portrait als Teil
der Ordensgalerie; Wappen (eingereicht 1718) und Ahnenprobe (eingereicht 1759) in der
Akte; Das Ordenskreuz kam laut Quittung am 02.V.1746 zur LS.
