Abraham Eriksson Leijonhufvud den äldre, född 1512, död 1 mars 1556 i Viborg, var en svensk riddare och riksråd. Han var son till riksrådet Erik Abrahamsson (Leijonhufvud) d.ä. (död 1520 i Stockholms blodbad) och Ebba Eriksdotter (Vasa). Han blev 1540 medlem av rådet, var 1542 verksam vid Dackefejdens bekämpande på östgötasidan samt nämnes 1544 såsom lagman i Västergötland och 1549 såsom ståthållare i Östergötland. Då gränsfejderna med Ryssland 1555 artade sig till fullständigt fredsbrott, sattes han jämte riksrådet Birger Nilsson Grip till överste för allt krigsfolk, som samlades i Viborg. Under detta fästes kortvariga belägring av ryssarna i januari 1556 var han tillsammans Birger Nilsson ståthållare där. Hans första hustru var Anna Tott (död 1552) och med henne hade han sonen Erik Abrahamsson Leijonhufvud d.y. (född 1551). Han gifte om sig 1555 med Emerentia Gera.
