Henri des Villates, luitenant-generaal in het Staatse leger, commandant van Namen, huwde te Nijmegen in 1716 met Elisabeth baronesse van Eck van Pantaleon, vrouwe van Gent en Erlicum (1693-1749), dochter van Diderich Bertram en Catharina Fagel. Uit dit huwelijk werden o.m. geboren de dragonder-kapitein Dirk Bertram (1721-1789) en Alexander Auguste des Villates (1724-1765), heer van Spanbroek, raadsheer in het Hof van Holland, gehuwd met gravin Anna Petronella van Heemskerck, uit welk huwelijk o.m. Cornelia Hillegonde des Villates (1754-1802), echtgenote van Mr. Engelbert Pauw, burgemeester van Delft.
