Andries van Cuijk (ca. 1070 - 23 juni 1139) was bisschop van Utrecht van 1128 tot 1139.
Andries stamde uit een bekend Stichts geslacht. Hij was de tweede zoon van Herman van Malsen en Irmgard van Namen.
Hij was de eerste bisschop van Utrecht sinds het Concordaat van Worms in (1122), waarmee de investituurstrijd tussen de keizer en de paus over de bisschopsbenoemingen werd beslecht in het voordeel van de paus. Hij behoorde dan ook tot de pauselijke partij.
In 1133 raakte Andries in oorlog met graaf Dirk VI van Holland, die gesteund werd door de stad Utrecht en verschillende dienstmannen van de bisschop. Hij kreeg van koning Koenraad III de graafschappen Westergo en Oostergo terug, die keizer Hendrik V onder bisschop Burchard aan het Sticht ontnomen had.
