Notes about Achaz van Landau Vrijheer van Haus en Rappotte

Achatz Freyherr von Landau zum Hauß und zu Rappoltenstein, der letzgebohrne Sohn Georg des ältern Herrn von Landau zum Hauß und Rappotensein und dessen zweyter Gattin Margarethen Herrin von Losenstein, war 1572 kais. Rath und Beysitzer der Niederösterreichischen Landrechten, hat wie schon oben erwähnet worden, Ao. 1578 in der Theilung der väterlichen Güter die Herrschaften Hauß und Rappotenstein, und zwar letztere mit Hindanlassung der Reicherauischen Gülten Groß-Bertholds, Rothenbach &c. alleinig übernommen. Imo mit Sophia Grabnerin, des Leopold Grabner zu Rosenburg und Pottenbrunn und Ehrentraud Herrin von Königsberg Tochter, den 13 Februar 1569 vermählt, welche 1579 starb, IIdo mit Clara Herrin von Roggendorf, Johann Wilhelm Freyherrns von Roggendorf und Mollenburg auf Sitzen, o.s. N. Oestr. Landmarschalls, und Margarethen Freyin von Herberstein Tochter, den 23 October 1582 zu Wien im Landhause ehelich getraut, wurde er in diesen zwo Ehen Vater von 18 Kindern. Er starb auf seinem Schloße Rappotenstein 1596.
