Adolf Van Alendorp, in 1595 Proost van St.Pieters Kerke, te Utrecht, daarna Overste Luitenant in dienst van den Staat en Gouverneur van Schenkenschans , had tot Vrouwe Elizabeth Pithan; bij haar verwekte hij 5 Kinderen, en stierf 1628. Zijn oudste Zoon en Dogter, WILLEM en Magdalena, zijn beide jong gestorven. Zijn tweede Zoon, Johan Fredrik, die Kapitein van de lnfanterij was, trouwde, 1640, met Cornelia de Rechteren van Hemert, en won bij haar 3 Kinderen. Het vierde Kind was Maria, die gehuwd is geweest aan Roelof Ketel Van Hakfort, en heeft mede Kinderen nagelaaten. Het vijfde was Adolf, die insgelijks Kapitein van de lnfanterij was, en ten huwelijk had zijne volle Nicht, Thomulina Pithan, bij welke hij vier kinderen verwekte.
