November 1622 Swietla, Böhmen), erscheint als Ritter des Ordens von Sansago, kaiserlicher Kämmerer und Obrister, 1596 königlicher Statthaltereirat in Böhmen, königlicher Hofkriegsrat, 1605–1610 Verordneter des niederösterreichischen Herrenstandes, 1612 wirklicher geheimer kaiserlicher Rat, Festungskommandant von Komorn, 1613 kaiserlicher Gesandter an die Pforte, 1620 kaiserlicher Armeeekommissar in Böhmen. Seine Erbin wurde die einzige Tochter aus der Ehe mit Maria Freiin von Berka auf Duba: Maria Franziska; sie heiratete den Grafen Paul Pálffy von Erdöd
