Belend t.o. de Graeflijkheidsweg, t.w. Arijen Huijgen Maesdam, t.n. de heer N. de With, t.z. de koper zelf. Willem de Geus koopt op dezelfde dag ( 8 juni 1697 ) 1 morgen roe in Oud-Bonaventura van Isaak Bastiaans Boer, die getrouwd is met Adriana Merenburg ( RA Str 5, 1697 ). Verder koopt Willem de Geus op dezelfde dag ( 8 juni 1697 ) 1 morgen 80 roeden in Oud Bonaventura, gemeen liggend met nog 1 morgen 80 roeden. Vervolgens verkoopt Willem de Geus aan Willem de Boer 225 roe boomgaard in Oud Bonaventura ( 3-4-1700; RA Str 5 ). Op 30 december verkoopt Willem de Geus aan Cornelis Breijdel 50 roe in Nieuw ?........?
