verklaart dat Gerrit Jan Bouwhuis, geboren te Olst den 12 September 1862, wonende te Zwolle, van beroep touwslager, zoon van Hendrik en van Geertje van Hulst wonende te Zwolle, de laatste overleden te Zwolle den 25 September 1884, in het inschrijvingsregister van de gemeente Zwolle van het jaar 1881 voor de lichting van het jaar 1882 is ingeschreven, dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen no. 183, en dat hij vervolgens door Gedeputeerde Staten uithoofde van gebreken/W.162/ * van den dienst is vrijgesteld.
Gegeven te Zwolle, den 18 November 1887.
