De COMMISSARIS DES KONINGS in de provincie Friesland verklaart, dat Kornelis Hoijtema, geboren te Ureterp den 5 December 1862, wonende te Ureterp, van beroep arbeider, zoon van Anne Hommes en van Baukjen Kornelis Meek wonende te Ureterp, in het inschrijvings-register van de gemeente Opsterland van het jaar 1881 voor de ligting van het jaar 1882 is ingeschreven, dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen No. 80 en dat hij vervolgens door den militieraad uithoofde van broederdienst van de dienst is vrijgesteld.
Gegeven te Leeuwarden, den 17 Februarij 1885.
