Marie Louise van Bourbon (ook wel: Maria Louisa van Spanje) (Portici, 24 november 1745 - Wenen, 15 mei 1792) was een dochter van koning Karel III vanSpanje en van Maria Amalia van Saksen. Zij huwde in 1764 met keizer Leopold II van het Heilige Roomse Rijk.

Maria Louisa werd geboren in Portici in Campania een regio in het zuiden van Italië dat vroeger toe behoorde tot het koninkrijk Napels. Ze was dedochter van koning Karel III van Spanje en diens vrouw koningin Maria Amalia van Saksen. Haar grootouders aan vaderskant waren koning Filips V vanSpanje en koningin Elisabetta Farnese. Marie Louise's grootouders aan moederskant waren koning August III van Polen (Frederik Augustus II van Saksen)en koningin Maria Josepha van Oostenrijk. Maria Louisa was de vijfde dochter van haar ouders en het tweede kind dat haar eerste dagen overleefde.Haar vader werd op 10 augustus 1759 koning van Spanje als Carlos III daarna verhuisde ze met haar familie naar Madrid. In Napels werd toen haar jongerebroer, Ferdinand, koning. Maria Louisa was ook een oudere zus van de latere koning Karel IV van Spanje.

Op 16 februari 1764 trouwde ze door volmacht in Madrid met aartshertog Peter Leopold, de tweede zoon van keizer Frans I Stefan en keizerin Maria Theresia.Peter Leopold was de erfgenaam van het hertogdom Toscane (waartoe ook Florence behoorde). Het jaar daarop op 5 augustus trad Maria Louisa in persoonin het huwelijk te Innsbruck. Niet veel later op 18 augustus werd Maria Louisa de nieuwe groothertogin van Toscane, dit kwam doordat keizer FransI was overleden. Daardoor werd Peter Leopold de nieuwe groothertog van Toscane en verhuisde het gezin naar Florence. De volgende vijfentwintig jaarwoonde het paar in deze stad.

Op 20 februari 1790 stierf de kinderloze broer van Peter Leopold, keizer Jozef II, daardoor erfde Maria Louisa's man alle Habsburgse landen in Centraal-Europaen niet lang daarna werd hij officieel erkend als keizer van het Heilige Roomse Rijk. De nieuwe keizer, Leopold II, verhuisde samen met zijn familienaar Wenen, waar Maria Louisa de rol aannam van keizerlijke gemalin (of keizerin van het Heilige Roomse Rijk). Nog geen twee jaar later, op 1 maart1792, stierf haar man op de leeftijd van 45 jaar. Ruim twee maanden later, op 15 mei, stierf Maria Louisa zelf. Ze kon niet meer meemaken dat haaroudste zoon, Frans, werd gekozen tot keizer.
