In 1653, na haar vaders dood, erft zij het leen van een huis met hofstad gelegen binnen de grafte in de Banne van Veen, dat ook al door haar overgrootvaderin erfleen verkregen was. Tevens 3 morgen land in de Kivitsen, ook in de Banne van Veen, die door haar vader in erfleen verkregen was. Later gaanbeide erflenen over in handen van haar dochter Anneken Grootveld (GTMWB 1991, p 134).
