    Dat is een broer van deze Joannes, of de akte van Joannes zelf. Er lijken ook in latere aktes twee mannen te zijn uit Breda met de naam Joannes de Meel.
    Omdat de andere Joannes eerder in het huwelijk lijkt te treden, heb ik aangenomen dat 'onze Joannes' eigenlijk Joannes Baptista heet en hij als hij volwassen is het deel Baptista laat varen.
