    Ongeveer 10 jaar geleden is Anneken Heyndricx te Dordrecht buiten de Spuypoort uit het huis van een vrouw die Joosgen heet gehaald en op de Vuylpoort gezet. Hij heeft haar nadien behandeld voor de pokken, een venerische ziekte en een keelontsteking.
    Zij vertelde hem een zoon te hebben gehad van Heyndrick Goddense, die in Amsterdam woonde en naar Denemarken of Pruyssen is vertrokken.
    Ook doctor Van Willegen heeft haar behandeld.

Het betreft een rest van 2 jaar huishuur van het huis van Annetge aan de Varckemarct naast de Posthoornsteeg. Op 30 april vorig jaar is er een schuldbekentenis opgemaakt van 288 gulden, waarop 50 gulden is afbetaald. Deze schuldbekentenis is nu vervallen. Jan belooft o.a. deze schuld af te lossen zodra hij de erfenis van de ouders van zijn overleden vrouw zal hebben ontvangen. Die ouders zijn in Dordrecht overleden.
