wonende te Temsche, hier tegenwoordig en toestemmende
in het huwelijk; En Philomena Rombaut,
naaister, wonende te temsche en er geboren den
achtentwintigsten November achttienhonderd zevenen-
zeventig, meerderjarige dochter van Eustachius Rom-
baut oud negenenzestig jaren en van Maria Francisca
De Bauw, oud zestig jaren, landbouwers, beiden
wonende te Temsche, hier tegenwoordig en toe-
stemmende in het huwelijk. En zijn de betrekkelijke
geboorte- en overlijdensakten bij deze overgelegd.
welke komparanten ons hebben verzocht over te gaan tot de voltrekking van hun huwelijk, waarvan
de afkondiging reeds is gedaan ingevolge de wet, alhier op den zondat vijfden
dezer maand ten tien ure voormiddag aan de deur
van het Gemeentehuis.
Geene tegenspraak wegens dit huwelijk ons beteekend zjinde, recht doende aan hun verzoek, hebben
wij, na voorlezing van al de voorgelegde stukken, welke allen behoorlijk zijn geparafeerd en aan deze
zullen gehecht blijven, alsmede van het getuigschrift den militie
toestand van den bruidegom bestatigende, en
van het zesde hoofdstuk van den vijfden titel van het burgerlijk wetboek, getiteld: Van het huwelijk,
aan den bruidegom en aan de bruid gevraagd of zij elkanderen voornemens zijn te nemen voor man en
vrouw, elka van hun beurtelings geantwoord hebbende JA, verklaren wij, in naam der wet dat de
gezeiden Alfons Vercauteren en
Philomena Rombaut
door den huwelijksband vereenigd zijn; welk huwelijk openbaar is voltrokken ten Gemeentehuize,
in de tegenwoordigheid van de vier nagenoemde door de echtgenooten gekozen getuigen:
Frans De Bock, Gemeentesecretaris oud negen-
envijftig jaren, Alfons Moons, beambte oud
achtendertig jaren, Emiel De Bock, beambte oud
negenentwintig jaren, en Lodewijk Volckerick,
nachtwaker oud eenendertig jaren, allen wonende
te Temsche en geene bloedverwanten aan de
echtgenooten. Dewelke met ons en de komparanten
na gedane voorlezing hebben geteekend, uitgezonderd
Amelberga Van den Eynde die verklaarde niet te
kunnen schrijven door ongeleerdheid.
