    Op 26 juni 1915 was het dik van de mist. Tijdens het halen van de vleet in de vroege ochtend werd de logger overvaren door de Britse kruiser PRINCESS ROYAL. Daar achter voeren nog twee torpedojagers die ook over het zinkende schip voeren. Van de 14 bemanningsleden zijn er vier gered door twee terug varende Torpedojagers. Zij werden in Cromarty aan wal gezet.
