Op 19-01-1586 beedigd als buurman 't Hof van Delft (1586) en ambachtsbewaarder, ouderling en Heilige Geestmeester van de kerk van 't Woud, kerkmeester ald. Gezworene en leenman van Huys te Werve, poorter van Delft op 28-04-1622.
Hij werd 28-04-1622 poorter van Delft.
Als Blasius met Grietgen trouwt doet hij zijn boerderij over aan zijn zoon Arent.
OP 13-06-1623 koopt hij 14 morgen leenland op 't Woud voor 9100 gld.
Schipluiden 29-03-1647 (OV 1982): Pieter Blasius den oude, bij dode van Blasius Pietersz., t.b.v. hemzelf en zijn mede-erfgenamen (inv.nr.2 fo. 38) Het leen is gesplitst in 1A en 1B.
1A. De helft van 4 morgen land in 't Woudt: 1652: vermeerderd met 1/4 van voorn. 14 morgen. 1656: 13 morgen 2 hond land, belend ten westen: Elisabeth de Zeeuw en Pieter Blasius Dijcxhoorn de ouden, ten oosten: het ampt van Vrijenban en Pieter Blasius Dijcxhoorn den jongen.
