heemraad van West-Barendrecht 1598, dijkgraaf van West-Barendrecht en Carnisse 1585-1611.
In 1585 volgde Hendrick Willemsz, Bastiaen Louwen op als dijkgraaf van West-Barendrecht en Carnisse. Van hem zijn verschillende zegels bewaard gebleven (wapen: drie ketelhaken of schoorsteenhalen, paalsgewijsgeplaatst). In een akte gedateerd 14 juni 1600 stelde Heijndrick
Willemsz, dijkgraaf van West-Barendrecht, zich op 16 juli 1600 (in de marge van deze akte opgetekend) borg voor Marten Willemsz in Barendrecht in diens zaak tegen Arijn Tonisz, schout van Barendrecht. Hendrick en Marten kunnen broers of halfbroers geweest zijn.

Op 7 februari 1604 transporteerden de voogden van de weeskinderen van Sijmon Jansz aan Heijndrick Willemsz Dijckgraeff, wonende in Barendrecht, een halve merge land in Dirk Smeetsland onder de ban van Charlois in het groote block. Aan de westzijde grensde dit perceel aan de grond van Heijndrick.

Op 27 mei 1612 werd een Arend Maertensz beëdigd als dijkgraaf van West-Barendrecht en Carnisse, zodat het mogelijk is dat zijn voorganger Hendrick Willemsz toen reeds overleden was. Met zekerheid kan dit gesteld worden voor 19 april 1614, toen de erfgenamen van Heijndrick Willemsz genoemd werden als belenders van een stuk land in het Nieuwe Bedijkte Land van West-Barendrecht.
Tot op heden werd de echtgenote van Hendrick in geen enkele bron vermeld gevonden. Denkelijk zal zij in 1614 niet meer in leven zijn geweest.
