Notes about Gerrit Jans Vercroft . van Crocht

GERRIT JANSZ. VERCROFT, betaalde op 28-9-1576 pioniersgeld
in Kethel, in 1583 had hij daar een boomgaard in pacht, die aan
de heren van Wassenaar behoorde (16). Hij leende op 1-11-1590
land in Maasland, welk land hij op 31-12-1610 overdroeg aan
Adriaen Claesz. Jongetrapper. Zijn huis te Maasland verkocht hij op 5-11-1611 aan Adriaen Claesz. Trapper in Zuyt Maeslant, verm. dezelfde persoon als Adriaen Claesz. Jongetrapper. Daarop ging hij te Schiedam bij de Vlaardingerpoort wonen na de dood van zijn eerste vrouw woonde hij in de Wagenstraat in Maassluis. Op 15-11-1617 kocht hij van zijn stiefzoon Baerthout Jansz. een nieuw gebouwd huis in de Molenstraat te Monster.

Gerrit Jansz Vercroft had een boomgaard in Kethel in pacht. Land en huis in Maasland, verkocht in 1611. Daarna woonde hij in Schiedam en na de dood van zijn eerste vrouw in Maassluis. In 1617 kocht hij een huis in Monster en daar overleed hij.
