    Theodericus de Osgest is in 1221 te Antwerpen getuige voor graaf Willem I bij een belening door hertog Hendrik I van Brabant van graaf Willem I van Holland en zijn vrouw Maria met de helft van Schakerloo. Dirck is op äAÃäAÃn na de laatste in de getuigenrij, gevolgd door Dirck van Raaphorst. Eerder in de getuigenrij zien we o.a. Wouter van Egmond, Willem van Teylingen en Filips van Duivenvoorde. De zegels zijn helaas verdwenen. Bij dezelfde graaf, mogelijk op dezelfde dag, is hij tevens getuige te Antwerpen bij de belening van Raas van Gavere met een flink bedrag per jaar alsmede twee valken (OHZ I, nr.412,413).
