#Générale#Ferme de l'Abbaye, dite Everarts.
Propriété de l'abbaye de Boneffe, qui y possédait déjà des terres et un vivier en 1537, elle fut vendue en
1797,comme biens nationaux au français Ackerman. Quelques années plus
tard elle devint propriété de la famille Everarts. Occupée dès 1660 par Paul de Libois, Lieutenant-Mayeur de la Haute Cours de Taviers de 1660 à 1686, elle fut reprise par son gendre Conrard Everarts en 1686.
Devenue propriétaire de la ferme, cette famille l'exploitera jusqu'à la fin du XIXe.
