Serooskerke (Z) Geboren 06-03-1913 "des namiddags half zeven, in huis nummer B67, Willemina van Apolonius van der Vorst, de aangever, 41 jaar, veldarbeider te Serooskerke, en Leuntje Sturm, zijn vrouw. Getuigen waren een landbouwer en de gemeenteveldwachter te Serooskerke". P03-9afb1.
Oostkapelle Huwelijk 19-08-1936 Willemina van der Vorst, "23 jaar, zonder beroep, geboren te Serooskerke en wonende te Middelburg, met Pieter de Voogd, 23 jaar, veldarbeider, geboren te Zoutelande en wonende te Oostkapelle, zoon van Jan de Voogd en Maatje Olijslager, overleden. Getuigen waren de broer van Willemina, Johannes van der Vorst, en de broer van Pieter, met name Jan de Voogd". P03-9afb2. Zij kregen drie kinderen Matty, Leuntje en Jan. Al snel na de geboorte van Jan overleed Willemina.
Buurmalsen Overleden 04-07-1942 "des namiddags twee uur Willemina van der Vorst, 29 jaren, geboren te Serooskerke en wonende te Buurmalsen, echtgenote van Pieter de Voogd. De aangever was haar vader Apolonius van der Vorst, oud 70 jaar, landbouwer te Serooskerke". P03-9afb3.
